I started out in construction when I was 18 years old in 1972. I put on cedar shingle and cedar shake roofs by hand nailing for 10 years before we started putting on other kinds of shingles and then starting to use air nail guns. Later we started building decks and remodeling. In 2003 I started doing work for the Housing Authority.
I have 8 years of experience working for the Housing Authority of the city of Independence, doing there roof repairs as well as all other forms of building maintenance and preventive maintenance. I have experience in all the most common home and apartment repairs, such as lighting, electrical and plumbing, doors and windows. Dry wall repair and painting, security lights and cameras. Sky light instillation and ventilation systems.
